About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Business Development Manager to join our team at Amazon AWS Services Brazil Ltd. As a Partner Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving top-line revenue growth and overall end-customer adoption of Amazon's infrastructure web services across our most strategic business partners and customers in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a holistic view of the Partner Ecosystem in Brazil, identifying and recruiting new partners to expand our footprint.
  • Work closely with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Consulting partners to build go-to-market solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Advise customers and commercial sales teams on the value of partners, engagement, and recommend qualified partners to support customer needs.
  • Expand existing AWS footprint and drive new customer engagements with partners to grow overall revenue with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Become a trusted member of the sales team and own deal execution with partners, leveraging Partner programs and coaching partners on best practices.
  • Consistently exceed quota and key performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working with Systems Integrators, Consulting Companies, and ISVs.
  • Experience working within the enterprise software development industry is highly desired.
  • Experience working with partners and customers.
  • Master's degree.
