Job Summary
Amazon is seeking an experienced AWS Enterprise Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth and adoption in small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales and technical background, with the ability to develop and execute against a strategic plan to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive adoption in a defined set of accounts, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Manage numerous accounts concurrently, creating and articulating compelling value propositions around AWS.
- Analyze sales and metrics data from accounts to evolve the sales strategy.
- Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement, working with partners to manage joint selling opportunities.
- Assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of Amazon Web Services and best practices implementations.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full sales cycle, technology sales, or equivalent business development, sales engineering/consulting experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience driving new business in greenfield accounts at the C-suite level or equivalent.
