Signifyd is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to enhance our operations in the Brazilian market as part of our Global Partnerships Organization & LATAM GTM team.

Currently, Signifyd provides cutting-edge fraud prevention solutions tailored for enterprise e-commerce retailers, collaborating with a diverse array of partners including payment processors, e-commerce platforms, implementation agencies, financial institutions, and technology consulting firms.

Our mission is to assist partners in overcoming intricate business challenges, enabling their clients to address various scenarios such as minimizing transaction fraud, boosting approval rates, and refining the checkout experience.

Role Overview:

As the Strategic Partner Manager for Brazil, you will oversee the relationships with Signifyd's established partner network within the Brazilian market. This role requires a proactive approach to drive successful business results from strategic partnerships while supporting ongoing partner management activities. You will collaborate closely with fellow partner leaders and managers to meet the demands of our regional partner ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and expanding our current partner network and identifying new partnership opportunities for Signifyd.

Familiarity with the payments industry is advantageous, as a comprehensive understanding of how Signifyd delivers value throughout the payments process is crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and expand relationships with Signifyd's existing partner network in the Brazilian market.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities with a strong emphasis on achieving sales targets.
  • Implement the current GTM Strategy in collaboration with Strategic Partners.
  • Generate recurring new business opportunities for our Sales Team by leveraging our partners' existing customer bases.
  • Design and conduct training and enablement sessions for our partners' sales teams to keep them informed about Signifyd's latest product features and enhancements.
  • Work alongside Signifyd's cross-functional teams to provide guidance and support for advancing commercial initiatives, including joint marketing events, contract reviews, information exchange for pricing, and business analysis of current partner performance.
  • Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with new partners.
  • Ensure satisfactory outcomes that enable you to meet annual sales objectives.
  • Manage challenging partner situations to drive resolutions that benefit both the partner and Signifyd, while providing timely escalations to the Leadership team when necessary.
  • Provide regular updates on initiatives and project progress to the Leadership, Partnerships, and Sales Teams.
  • Clearly articulate Signifyd's products and value propositions to inspire enthusiasm and engagement during sales enablement sessions with key partners.
  • Develop a prioritization framework and maintain exceptional organization in resource and time allocation for partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with analytical abilities, are essential for effective collaboration across internal and external organizations.
  • Previous experience in developing or working with high-performing partner-focused teams in the payments or e-commerce sectors is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, problem-solving, analytical, negotiation, and research skills are required.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Capacity to make independent decisions and recommendations without immediate supervision.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
