Your Role

In this position, you will concentrate on cultivating and managing partner alliances to enhance revenue generation, expand market presence, and deepen engagement within partner sales organizations. Achieving success in this role entails crafting and implementing tailored business strategies with each partner, evaluating collaborative business results, and nurturing enduring partnerships.

Your Contributions

  • Formulate and implement strategic plans to optimize growth potential
  • Collaborate within a team-oriented environment to ensure satisfaction for both partners and customers
  • Create a compelling value proposition that motivates partners
  • Assist partners in establishing Managed Services utilizing advanced technologies
  • Facilitate reviews of business performance and partnership dynamics
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics and activity dashboards

Qualifications

Your Background

  • Proven experience in Channel/GSI/MSSP Business Management or Business Development roles
  • Familiarity with channel operational frameworks
  • Insight into sales, marketing, and solution development processes
  • Strong initiative, creativity, and effective communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in navigating sales negotiations
  • Previous involvement with Service Providers and channel sales
  • Experience in consultative selling and business development methodologies
  • Capability to assess go-to-market strategies and business scenarios
  • Proficiency in cross-functional influence and project management
  • Strong business insight and negotiation capabilities
  • Excellent team collaborator with a robust drive and leadership qualities
  • Knowledge of application and infrastructure software
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
