Position Overview:

As a Strategic Partner Manager, your primary responsibility will be to:

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with current and prospective Google Partner Development Managers (PDMs). Collaborate effectively with Google PDMs and Sales Teams to gain insights into their strengths, expertise, and customer demographics.

Strategic Planning and Enablement: Collaborate with Google Teams to formulate joint business strategies aimed at enhancing revenue growth. Equip Xertica personnel with the necessary training, resources, and support to proficiently market and implement Google Cloud solutions.

Sales and Revenue Enhancement: Spearhead partner-driven sales initiatives to meet revenue objectives. Identify and pursue opportunities for collaborative sales efforts alongside Google.

Technical Coordination: Engage with Google to comprehend technical specifications and facilitate seamless solution integration and deployment. Work closely with Google Cloud technical teams to support partner-led initiatives.

Marketing and Co-Marketing Activities: Collaborate with Google on marketing strategies, events, and co-branded efforts to promote Google Cloud solutions. Represent Xertica and its partner network at industry events and conferences.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Assess and analyze partner performance metrics, track progress towards objectives, and pinpoint areas for enhancement. Provide consistent updates and reports to internal stakeholders and Google.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work in tandem with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and support, to ensure cohesive execution of partner-related initiatives.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of Cloud solutions (preferably GCP).
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Exceptional customer relationship management abilities.
  • Capability to conduct training sessions for the sales team.
  • Proactive approach.
  • Google Certifications (preferred).
