About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Partner Development Manager to join our Payments team at Google. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing partnerships with payment processing providers and driving partner improvements based on scorecards, metrics, and assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), and negotiations for partner selection.
  • Be the ultimate point of contact for resolving complex partner escalations across different categories.
  • Drive partner improvements based on scorecards, metrics, and assessments.
  • Define and drive partner strategy to support industry trends and Google's product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
  • Experience with consumer payments, payment platforms, or similar areas.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently.
