Strategic Partner Development Lead

Join Google Inc. as a Strategic Partner Development Lead and drive growth in the Travel industry. As a key member of the Partnerships Development team, you will be responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners in Latin America.

About the Role

As a Strategic Partner Development Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and manage strategic partnerships that drive adoption of Google technologies. Your expertise in business development, partnerships, and management consulting will be essential in defining go-to-market efforts for Google's Travel and Local Business products in Latin America.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute Google's Travel and Local Business partnership strategy for Latin America.
  • Build and manage relationships with third parties, working directly with some partners and through broader models.
  • Develop Google's presence within the Travel industry, understanding its nuances and how Google can better support it.
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify and prioritize partner targets.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth launches and other business activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing complex partnerships.
  • Experience working autonomously in a fluid and collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of the Travel industry.
  • Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
