Job Title: HR Business Partner

International Finance Corporation (IFC) is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting the business's strategic growth by developing and implementing effective HR policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Collaborate with the HR Client Services Regional Lead to develop the Europe region's HR agenda and transformation plan
  • Offer insights on organizational and people-related strategy and execution
  • Provide expertise in recruitment, talent and performance management, organizational development, HR advisory, management coaching, and change implementation
  • Support the design and implementation of organizational effectiveness initiatives and facilitate the development and management of high-performing teams
  • Champion a culture of excellence where people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in HR or a related field, with at least five years of relevant work experience
  • Fluency in Portuguese is required, Spanish is a plus
  • Prior experience in recruitment, talent and performance management, organizational development, HR advisory, management coaching, and change implementation
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytical tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, cross-cultural, and team-building skills
  • Ability to maintain client relationships amidst conflicting demands and provide evidence-based advice and solutions
