About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partner Development Lead to join our Partnerships Development team at Google Inc. in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing Google's Travel and Local Business partnership strategy for the region.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute Google's Travel and Local Business partnership strategy for Latin America, identifying and prioritizing partner targets through market research and competitive analysis.
  • Build and manage relationships with third-party partners, working directly with some partners and through broader models.
  • Develop Google's presence within the Travel industry, understanding its nuances and how Google can better support it.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth launches and other business activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing complex partnerships.
  • Experience working autonomously in a fluid and collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of the Travel industry.
  • Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
