Job Title: Head of Business DevelopmentWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Business Development team, driving growth and strategic partnerships for our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Partnership Development: Lead the team in researching, prospecting, and establishing partnerships to drive mutual success.
- Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth and collaborate with the team to set targets and goals for partnership expansion.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and support the Partnership Development Intern to enhance their skills while fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
- Negotiations and Deal-Making: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with partners to ensure partnership agreements align with the company's objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships and identify areas for improvement, providing data-driven insights to enhance partnership effectiveness.
- Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for fostering collaborative relationships and driving business growth.
