Job Title: Senior Business Development Director

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Director to join our team at Supermicro. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other means
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering discipline
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in server products or sales/marketing environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work positively under deadlines and constraints
  • Results-oriented and attentive to detail
