Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Senior Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other means
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the server products industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and provide insights
