We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Public Sector Partnerships team in Brazil. As a key member of our Amazon Web Services (AWS) team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our public sector business in Brazil through strategic partnerships with key players in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Public Sector Partnerships team in Brazil: Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive growth of our public sector business in Brazil through partnerships with key players in the market.
- Develop and manage partner relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in the public sector, including systems integrators, independent software vendors, resellers, and distributors.
- Drive revenue growth: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the public sector market in Brazil.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and solutions architecture, to ensure alignment and effective execution of our public sector strategy in Brazil.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends: Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to ensure our public sector strategy in Brazil remains competitive and effective.
- 10+ years of experience in general management and/or sales leadership in the IT industry, with a focus on public sector.
- 7+ years of direct sales and/or partner management experience leading teams across public sector in Brazil.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience with Public Sector verticals (Government, Education, Healthcare and Non-Profits).
- Ability to communicate fluently in English (verbal and written), with effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- BA/BS required or equivalent experience.
