Are you a sales leader looking to drive growth and excellence in a dynamic real estate market? We're seeking an experienced Sales Lead to join our B2C Inbound Sales department based in São Paulo, Brazil.

Sales Lead Role OverviewThis is a key leadership role where you'll be responsible for leading and mentoring our sales team, developing and implementing training programs, and analyzing market trends to drive business growth. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and customer service teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and success.
Responsibilities- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve high performance goals
- Develop and implement training programs focused on sales techniques and processes
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal sales data to identify opportunities and threats
- Generate and present insightful reports to inform strategic decisions
- 2-3 years of leadership experience in a sales role (real estate experience not required)
- Proven ability to train and develop sales teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive salary package, including a gross annual salary of **R$ 150,000** (estimated) for this role, excluding benefits and bonus.
