Latin America Sales Strategy and Training Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Strategy and Training Lead to join our Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Latin America team, based in either São Paulo - Brazil or Buenos Aires - Argentina.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sales force effectiveness strategy across Latin America, leading a range of initiatives to boost sales performance and customer satisfaction. This role involves overseeing the implementation of sales force effectiveness programs, developing and executing training strategies, and fostering a culture of coaching and development within the sales organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Force Effectiveness: Connect with senior leaders and sales teams to establish a culture of sales force effectiveness; develop competency models and profiles aligned with global standards; collaborate with business partners to create tools and resources that drive improved sales performance.
  • Sales Automation and Analytics: Lead the implementation and improvement of CRM solutions and new technologies to enhance sales organization performance; develop processes to capture and communicate SFE metrics, sales training & development metrics, and SFE dashboards.
  • Sales Training: Lead competence gap assessments and annual sales force training programs; develop sales reps and sales management skills through on-the-job training and innovative learning platforms; master the Eye to Eye selling model and provide coaching to sales reps and managers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (mandatory); postgraduate degree or MBA preferred;
  • At least 3-5 years of strong on-the-job business exposure in sales, marketing, and/or sales management;
  • Commercial oriented personality with at least 3 years' experience in the medical device industry/healthcare;
  • Outstanding customer focus and relationship building skills;
  • Demonstrated success in collaboration and work with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in English is desired; proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is required.

Salary Information: We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide benefits including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.

Location: Flexible, with opportunities to work from either São Paulo - Brazil or Buenos Aires - Argentina.
