Job Summary

A highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director is sought to lead our commercial efforts in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve business objectives;
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders;
  3. Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and excellence in customer service;
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and implement sales initiatives;
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a matrix organization;
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions;
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of Latin American cultures and business practices.
