Job Overview

The Content Specialist - Latin America Compliance is a key contributor in helping sales and customer success managers be aware of KnowBe4's compliance plus content library. This role will conduct research, develop documentation, and support revenue teams with answering customer questions about compliance content through various communication channels.

Responsibilities
  1. Market Analysis: Perform quarterly analysis for compliance content and products related to compliance training to report to courseware and marketing teams.
  2. Content Review: Review new content each month and update recommended training content documentation for US and international clients.
  3. Best Practices: Communicate top-used and rated modules, as well as best practices for implementing large-scale learning plans using KnowBe4's Compliance Plus content.
  4. Policy Recommendations: Make recommendations on policies and procedures.
  5. Customer Feedback: Review quarterly customer feedback regarding topics and quality of content from users, including requests for new topics, and communicate this back to publishers to inform roadmaps.
  6. Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to KnowBe4 staff/contractors who produce content in other languages or localize content.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Organizational Development, Law/Paralegal, or related field/experience.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Written, verbal, and visual.
  • Compliance Training Experience: A plus.
  • Experience working in a compliance department: A plus.
