About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our dynamic team in São Paulo. As an Associate SMB Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by guiding Account Executives through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.

This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility of working from our office 2-3 days/week or remotely. Our team collaborates closely, and we encourage employees to work from our office on additional days if desired.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, coach, and motivate sales professionals to achieve high productivity expectations
  • Drive revenue growth by providing leadership and support to Account Executives
  • Analyze sales data, monitor performance metrics, and communicate findings to the team and leadership
  • Optimize sales operations by streamlining workflows and addressing bottlenecks

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS and/or leading sales teams
  • Proven success in expanding customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals
  • Strong analytical and coaching skills, leveraging data-driven insights to guide the sales process and develop account executives

Estimated Salary: R$180,000 - R$250,000 per year, depending on experience
