Job Description

At GWM Brasil, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Planning Lead to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales planning process, analyzing market trends, and structuring detailed sales plans and KPIs. They will also be responsible for publishing approved sales plans to other areas of the company, reporting on sales and registration indicators, and monitoring inventory levels.

In addition, the Strategic Sales Planning Lead will be expected to build scenarios to support decision-making, structure production demand, and prepare data collection reports.

Requirements
  • Higher education degree
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing (desirable)
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Planning, Sales, or Distribution
  • Experience with dashboards and Business Intelligence tools
  • SAP knowledge: SD modules
About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. We estimate the salary for this position to be around R$12,000 - R$18,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
