Gympass, a global corporate wellness platform, is seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Operations Director to partner with our Sales leadership team worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our revenue organization by developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to define sales strategies and develop data-driven plans to achieve revenue goals
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with cross-functional teams across our global footprint in Latam, Europe, and US
  • Lead projects to analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and optimize sales processes
  • Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process, providing recommendations on go-to-market strategy, team restructuring, and sales productivity

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in Sales Operations and/or management consulting, investment banking, or technology companies
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to build business models and conduct sophisticated analyses
  • Advanced/Fluent in English
  • Proactive, independent, and able to deliver results in challenging situations
  • A strong leader who can corral a group to execute against an initiative while rolling up their own sleeves
