The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $160,000 per year, based on industry standards and regional costs. Of course, actual compensation may vary depending on individual circumstances.
As Strategic Supply Chain Director, you'll oversee approximately 400 employees across four key clusters: North, South, Mexico, and Brazil. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Business Planning: Translate regional business plans into clear supply chain performance requirements and operational plans.
- Set and drive the E2E strategy in collaboration with regional business teams to enhance performance across markets, ensuring close alignment with commercial priorities and customer satisfaction.
- Accountability for Outcomes: Ensure strong performance across the region's supply chain in the areas of service, cost, cash, compliance, and customer service.
- Deploy and sustain global standards throughout the region to drive consistent results.
You'll work closely with regional business teams to shape and execute end-to-end (E2E) supply chain strategies, leveraging your expertise in Plan and Deliver functions within a global or regional context. Your ability to partner closely with finance teams will be crucial in managing P&L and balance sheet responsibilities.
This leadership role requires a deep understanding of supply chain management principles, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across regional and global levels. You must be based in Latin America (including Puerto Rico).
