Account Manager Role at Paramount Pictures

Paramount Pictures is seeking a seasoned Account Manager to lead the Ad Sales team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing account plans to drive client growth and revenue.

  • Develop and implement account plans to unlock new business opportunities and drive key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and meet client needs.
  • Design and execute performance marketing strategies leveraging Paramount's ad solutions and creative approaches.
  • Identify client opportunities and challenges, securing support from cross-functional teams.
  • Lead forecasting efforts and provide accurate client analysis to inform team planning.
  • Create compelling sales presentations using market trends, case studies, and Paramount network solutions.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Advertising, Media Sales, Customer Acquisition, and Growth. Experience in managing client accounts is essential. Advanced proficiency in English is required, along with an upper-intermediate level of Spanish. A background in media is a plus, and strong interpersonal skills are highly valued.
