Job Summary:

Sell our products according to customer visit plans, aiming to achieve growth quotas and develop customer potential while improving profitability. Stay up-to-date with pricing, inventory, and promotion policies to support negotiations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize daily customer visits, analyzing each account's needs to achieve quotas.
  • Keep current with pricing, inventory, and promotion policies to provide information supporting negotiations.
  • Monitor new product launches to understand features and benefits.
  • Analyze competitors' strategies and promotions, reporting to management.
  • Implement the 5Ps effectively in medium-sized client accounts.
  • Innovate beyond traditional sales tactics to leverage the sales fund.
  • Fully develop client and territory potential.
  • Train client and store teams on campaigns and product launches.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date client account records monthly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Negotiation and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience working with strategic clients.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Presentation techniques.
  • Negotiation and influence with partners/clients.
  • JBP/JCP preparation and follow-up.
