We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our dynamic Marketplace team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting and driving adoption of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) services, enhancing the customer experience, and educating sellers on Sponsored Ads solutions.
Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, such as selection gaps in specific subcategories, and mapping them to inform our overall sales strategy. You will work closely with merchants to educate them about Amazon's high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience, recommending suitable shipping solutions to enhance the seller and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets.
- Work closely with merchants to educate them about Amazon's high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
- Recommend suitable shipping solutions to enhance the seller and customer experience.
- Guide sellers on best practices for improving key inputs like selection, shipping, pricing, and catalog quality.
- Analyze trends, seasonal items, and competitive pricing to tailor your pitch and advice to merchants.
- Track and report development results, analyze, and interpret reports and information for your portfolio of merchants.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
