Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Accounts Manager to join our Brazil Marketplace organization. As a critical driver of business growth, you will engage with our most strategic seller accounts to identify opportunities for improved performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deeply engage with strategic seller accounts to analyze their performance and create tailored account plans to help them achieve their goals.
  • Advise sellers on the optimal use of Marketplace tools and programs, such as Self-Service Deals, Coupons, and Sponsored Ads.
  • Promote and drive seller adoption of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to enhance the customer experience.
  • Escalate critical seller feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement of Amazon's products, services, processes, systems, and tools.

Requirements

  • Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis).
