Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Account Manager to join its team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As a New Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and retain new merchants on the Amazon platform.


Your Key Responsibilities:


• Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets

• Provide merchants with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on Amazon

• Collaborate with new merchants to educate them about Amazon's high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience

• Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems so they can become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently and to the required standards

• Analyze and interpret reports to identify trends, seasonal items, and competitive pricing to inform your pitch and advice to merchants

• Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets in a KPI-driven environment

• Work closely with new merchants to facilitate their growth and success on Amazon

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth


Requirements:


• 1+ years of sales experience

• Bachelor's degree

• Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• SQL knowledge is a plus
