We partner with a network of small independent delivery businesses (Delivery Service Providers) to ensure that millions of packages reach their final destination efficiently.

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Brazil Delivery Manager to join our team in Sao Paulo. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and vetting of candidates who apply to our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure we launch high-quality candidates into the program, utilizing data-driven insights to analyze network capacity needs and pipeline performance. Your role will also involve adapting best practices from North America for the Brazilian market.

 

About the Team:

Our Delivery Station teams utilize continuous improvement initiatives and creative thinking to ensure that packages reach their final destination as efficiently as possible. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with an integrated internal team of Business Coaches, Program/Product Managers, and Operations leaders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a candidate acquisition strategy to identify high-quality owner operators for the DSP program.
• Oversee the entire candidate journey, from interview to business launch and ramp completion.
• Drive improvements to increase candidate engagement and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure seamless onboarding and launch of new DSPs.
• Adapt acquisition best practices from North America for the Brazilian market.
• Develop and maintain external relationships within the business community to source top talent.

 

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree, experience working with sales CRM tools like Salesforce, and advanced English language skills. Additionally, we prefer candidates with experience influencing multiple stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and working with technical stakeholders to define requirements.

 

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Based at the GRU10 building in Sao Paulo, but travel expected to support candidate recruitment and experience (approximately 10 days/month).
