We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record in delivering against targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Effectively prioritizing and managing a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Partnering with new merchants to provide them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on Amazon.
  • Working closely with new merchants to educate them about Amazon's high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
  • Enabling merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems so they may become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently.
  • Learning and understanding the specificities of various categories to spot trends, seasonal items, and competitive pricing to best tailor your pitch and advice to merchants.
  • Tracking and reporting development results, analyzing, interpreting reports, and information for your portfolio of merchants.
  • Prioritizing your time optimally to achieve your targets in a KPI-driven environment.

Your responsibilities will include working with multiple stakeholders, managing complex projects, and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of sales experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with either in a professional or academic capacity.
  • The ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.

You should be able to effectively communicate complex ideas, negotiate with clients, and problem-solve creatively.
