At the forefront of e-commerce and advertising convergence, Amazon Advertising offers a vast array of innovative solutions. We collaborate closely with advertisers to reach Amazon customers across various platforms, including Amazon.com, other owned sites, high-quality websites, and millions of devices.


We are seeking results-driven sales specialists who will partner with our advertisers to achieve brand-building objectives. This role focuses on leveraging Amazon's awareness ad products (Streaming TV, Fire TV, Twitch) and aims for 100% renewal rates. Ideal candidates possess a strong understanding of the sales process, experience in planning and executing video campaigns, and the ability to pitch video and upper funnel products to advertising customers.


In this key position, you will be responsible for managing and delivering against complex advertiser goals to drive revenue and achieve targets. You will foster customer relationships and work with advertisers who have previously not spent with Amazon Ads or have partnered in a limited capacity. Your tasks will include managing multiple campaigns concurrently in a timely and precise manner, ensuring delivery and performance goals are achieved. Additionally, you will leverage Amazon's proprietary data to provide strategic and personalized recommendations to help external customers reach their business goals.


Main Responsibilities:

  1. Becoming a knowledgeable partner and leader on Amazon Advertising video solutions.
  2. Delivering the highest level of sales and customer service to clients.
  3. Retailing and growing revenue from existing advertisers.
  4. Driving deals to closure in new business environments.
  5. Developing annual media strategies for growth based on overall advertiser goals and objectives.
  6. Evaluating success metrics and driving campaign performance using data.
  7. Managing a high volume of campaigns simultaneously, ensuring seamless booking, tracking, optimizations, and reporting.
  8. Educating advertisers on video metrics, insights, and how to drive greater results.
  9. Collaborating cross-functionally with Account Executives and other Amazon partners to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Media planning & brand planning capabilities.
  • SUCCESS IN OPTIMIZING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES BASED ON CLIENT NEEDS.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering or Business; an MBA is a plus.
  • 6+ years relevant experience in a client-facing role, including but not limited to digital marketing, analytics, etc.
