We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team at Kyndryl. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to drive proactive account growth and revolutionize relationship management.
About the Role:
As a Strategic Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge account strategies that lead to the successful growth and retention of our most valuable accounts. You will work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process and collaborate with key decision-makers to deliver tailor-made solutions that cater to the unique needs of each customer.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development plans aligned with overall company goals
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Identify and qualify new opportunities and expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities
- Drive signings and new sales through consistent results
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of success in driving signings and new sales. You will also need to possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to broaden your knowledge base and narrow your scope to specialize in a specific sector.
