About the Role

As a Strategic Business Growth Manager at Sabre BTS, you will play a key role in driving profitability and growth for our clients. This exciting opportunity requires a financially savvy professional with excellent leadership, project management, and consultative selling skills.

We are seeking an individual who is bilingual in English and Portuguese, with Spanish being a plus. A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant post-undergraduate work experience is required, along with a strong background in finance, leadership, project management, and consultative selling.

Ambitious professionals with outstanding degrees from top universities and skills in presentation, delivery, and financial analysis are highly desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to travel up to 60% of the year are also essential.

Key responsibilities include conducting client interviews with CEOs and business leaders to develop a deep understanding of their company's key levers for driving profitability and growth. You will lead senior-level executives through discovery-based learning experiences, facilitating participant understanding of relevant content areas.

You will collaborate and lead small internal teams to design and build customized business simulations and other discovery-based learning solutions. Additionally, you will work on several accounts simultaneously, taking the lead in establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities, and generating leads.
