Citi, a leading global financial services company, seeks an experienced Relationship Manager to join its team. As a key player in driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities, and providing innovative solutions to meet their needs.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in relationship management, sales, or business development, with a strong understanding of banking and investment products. Key responsibilities will include:
- Deepening existing client relationships through proactive outreach and regular communication
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities and developing strategies to increase share of wallet
- Collaborating with internal teams to address client service issues and resolve complex problems
- Developing and executing business plans to drive revenue growth and expand the client base
- Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or business development
- Strong knowledge of banking and investment products, as well as a track record of providing sound financial advice and solutions
- Demonstrated core credit skills, including ability to close deals and manage the credit origination process
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with a positive/can-do approach
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
