**Accomplish Excellence in Sales**

 

We are seeking an accomplished National Sales Manager to join our team at Fairmont Grand Del Mar, a luxurious resort nestled in the heart of San Diego. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving group business through direct sales efforts, telephone solicitation, and prospecting.

 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience in group sales with a luxury hotel or resort background. You will possess solid selling and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work under pressure. Your excellent written and oral communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate with meeting planners and other potential customers.

 

You will be responsible for negotiating contract specifics to achieve maximum profitability while satisfying customer needs. Additionally, you will participate in industry-related organizations and local community events to develop and maintain business relationships. Your strong management, organizational, and presentation skills will be essential in achieving quarterly and annual room night and revenue goals.
