About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our Sales Management team in Brazil. As a Team Lead of Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for managing a part of our salesforce, scaling the organization to meet our growth targets, and executing strategic deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals in Brazil, reporting to the Head of Sales.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and capture demand for Adyen's platform.
  • Manage executive relationships and close large, strategic deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Marketing, and Product, to achieve our mission in the region.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in scaling sales organizations and driving commercial success.
  • Extensive experience working in Enterprise B2B sales, with a focus on long sales cycles and high-touch relationships.
  • Experience with transactional volume-based commercial models and managing senior executive relationships.
  • Data-driven decision-making and a pragmatic approach to sales.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Portuguese.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to drive change and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
