Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a vital role in generating and qualifying leads through cold calling and other lead generation tools. You'll set up sales demos and meetings for the sales team, maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in HubSpot, and work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.

You'll adapt to changing sales strategies and market conditions, leveraging your strong skills in cold calling and setting up sales demos. Your excellent communication and active listening skills will be essential in working collaboratively with the sales team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar sales role.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and other lead generation tools.
  • Strong time management and adaptability.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
Benefits

At Invitro Capital, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
