Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager II at TD SYNNEX, you will focus on driving new business growth in your area of expertise. Your key performance indicator will be the recruitment of new channels and their development in the business lines where you are operating. You will work closely with sales and product teams to integrate and develop business plans for the channels. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the engagement and retention of channels in business development programs, preparing monthly reports on the evolution and results of the portfolio, and building relationships with Account Managers and Business Development Managers from vendors to align actions with channels. You will also be responsible for meeting unit goals, analyzing market trends, maintaining relationships with manufacturers and key channels, and promoting cooperation between other areas of the company.

Requirements and Qualifications

You must have a complete degree in Commercial Management, Marketing, Administration, or related areas. You should have knowledge of the distribution market, knowledge of the manufacturers you will work with, intermediate/advanced English, and experience in similar roles such as Account Manager or Relationship Manager.
