We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to lead our team in Latin America. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the region.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with experience in B2B negotiations and managing external stakeholders. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver outstanding results
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, country managers, and other stakeholders
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, finance, or marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a focus on B2B negotiations and stakeholder management
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Able to work effectively in a matrix organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams
