Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Description:

As a Global Marketing Director Latin America, you will lead the execution of marketing plans in assigned countries, developing and implementing strategies that drive business growth and expand our presence in the region. Your expertise in healthcare marketing and extensive knowledge of the clinical areas where our products are used will be invaluable in building strong relationships with medical professionals and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for assigned countries, aligning with global marketing strategies and objectives
  • Maintain contact with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and develop high-quality relationships with other healthcare professionals
  • Drive event strategy for the country, ensuring alignment with local dynamics and global event strategy
  • Identify new growth opportunities within HCP segments and implement effective strategies to capitalize on these opportunities
  • Contribute to the establishment of the vision, strategy, and objectives of the Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) division in large-sized countries
  • Implement locally the Therapy Development initiatives and Economic Value campaigns

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, communications, public health)
  • Healthcare industry experience (pharma or medical devices)
  • Extensive progressive marketing knowledge and expertise
  • Fluency in English obligatory and intermediate Spanish
  • Availability to travel 40% of the time
