We have been actively expanding our presence in the LATAM region since 2018, with offices in Mexico, Chile, Brazil, and Peru. Our goal is to develop B2B partnerships by selling different IoT products, from GPS tracking systems to networking solutions.
About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious Sales Group Manager to join our growing South America Sales team in Brazil. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading, training, motivating, and maintaining your own sales team representing Teltonika Networks. You will execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, motivate, and maintain your own sales team
- Execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base
- Direct and manage the performance and development of your team
- Provide training and counseling for individual team members
- Maintain internal systems and ensure accurate data entry
- Manage the team to achieve 100% sales plan realization
- Contribute to market research and identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience driving sales teams
- Proven track record of sales achievements (B2B)
- Experience in building and motivating sales teams
- Results-focused, organized, with good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze information and make decisions independently
