Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Director to join our dynamic team at DPO-One.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an ambitious growth strategy to position DPO-One as the leading privacy compliance solution in their region.
This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key part in the growth of a promising SaaS startup, working in a dynamic and innovative environment with a talented team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully selling solutions, excellent communication skills, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic growth plan to drive business expansion
- Lead sales and marketing efforts to acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships
- Drive innovation and work closely with the development team to improve and adapt the SaaS solution to territorial needs
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of €60,000 to €90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
Professional development opportunities and the chance to build a high-performing sales team
A management buy-in of 30% to 50% of the company's equity, providing a significant shareholding and a monthly management fee
A success-related bonus structure tied to business performance
