Docusign is seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead marketing efforts in the LATAM region. As a Sr. Director, LATAM Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the region's unique dynamics.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the LATAM region, driving growth and alignment with regional sales goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
- Supervise the creation and execution of LATAM-specific marketing campaigns, including performance marketing, events, promotions, and partnerships.
- Maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and contractors to deliver a full brand experience.
What We're Looking For:
- 15+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful regional marketing strategies.
- Experience leading high-performing teams, managing marketing budgets, and delivering on financial targets.
- Strong project management skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent in marketing experience, with proficiency in performance marketing tools and platforms.
The Salary Range for This Role:
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience.
