Sales Director Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our New Business sales and Account Management efforts in the LATAM Territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive direct sales growth and expand our presence in the region.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to identify opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns to build pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Work closely with local SI companies to establish strategic partnerships and expand our presence in specific verticals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and bookings targets.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience selling software solutions at a multinational software company, preferably as a Direct Sales Executive in Brazil.
  • Strong relationship contacts with large accounts in LATAM.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • A Bachelor's degree with exposure to Information Technology (or equivalent) is required; MBA is preferred.
  • Ability to travel when required (training sessions, visits to other offices).
  • Experience in API Management, IPAAS, Managed File Transfer, Mobile, Digital & B2B solutions is desirable.

Benefits and Compensation:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary in the range of R$250,000 - R$400,000 per year, depending on experience.
