Your RoleAs our Senior Digital Sales Director for LATAM, you'll be responsible for managing and mentoring our Brazil sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. You'll set clear goals, provide performance feedback, and support professional development within the team.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Brazil sales team, driving sales growth and team success.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Brazilian market, monitoring sales performance metrics and ensuring targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate relationships with key customers, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions, representing the company in high-stakes client meetings and industry events.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts with broader business objectives, providing insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee sales pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting, continuously improving processes and tools to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the Brazilian market.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically, proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus), with a deep understanding of the Brazilian market, including cultural, economic, and regulatory nuances.

The interview process will consist of three online meetings:
- First meeting with Recruiter to align on position details.
- Second meeting with Line Manager to have more in-depth discussion.
