Regional Sales Director for LATAM App Marketing Solutions

Aarki is an AI-driven advertising solutions company that empowers mobile revenue growth. We leverage trillions of contextual bidding signals and proprietary neural net-based models to find audiences in a privacy-first world.

As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition by targeting gaming and non-gaming app marketers in LATAM (User Acquisition and Re-Engagement). This role reports directly to the Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from customer identification to prospecting to closing new deals.
  • Present Aarki's programmatic solutions to key decision makers at mobile app companies, large consumer brands, and media agencies.
  • Secure new business contracts and successfully launch new customers.
  • Leverage marketing resources (content, events, ABM) to close business and drive awareness for the brand.
  • Attend key industry events and conferences.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of sales experience in programmatic advertising; experience with mobile DSPs, User Acquisition and Retargeting is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile marketing techniques and technologies (user acquisition, re-targeting, DSPs, ad networks, exchange, SSPs, SKAN, attribution, etc).
  • Established network of relationships with app marketers or media agencies across the Americas region.
  • A strategic consultative seller with strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and balance long-term growth with short-term efforts to drive aggressive growth for the company in the region.

Estimated Salary

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
