About the Role

The Regional Strategic Pricing, HEOR, RWE Director plays a key role in developing and preparing studies that support an evidence-based value proposition strategy for pre and post-launch products. This involves collaborating with global, regional, and local Market Access teams to drive the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Strategic Pricing, HEOR, and RWE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Market Access LATAM in global functional meetings, ensuring a regional voice in shaping global pricing policies.
  • Closely collaborate with Global Pricing teams to guarantee optimal process, timing, and execution of CoE deliverables.
  • Establish accountabilities, goals, and priorities to align the area with business needs.
  • Align and coordinate the definition of HEOR, pricing, and RWE strategy with local and regional compound/TA market access leads.
  • Define and implement RWE strategy in LATAM, focusing on improving access for patients and connecting with market access processes.
  • Provide strategic guidance and insights to the business on topics related to strategic pricing, HEOR, and RWE, as well as Market Access Public policies (HTA and pricing regulations).

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Market Access, HEOR, Strategic Pricing, RWE related areas.
  • Education: B.A/B.S required, and M.Sc, MBA, or other post-graduation in related fields (Epidemiology, Economics, Public Health, Health Economics, Hospital Administration, etc.) would be considered a plus.
  • English is mandatory, and Portuguese and Spanish are a plus.
  • Experience in developing and managing regional market access strategies, HTA submissions, pricing dossiers, and approvals with regulatory authorities.
  • Experience in monitoring payer trends and evaluating key drivers.
  • Knowledge of pricing policies & regulations and healthcare systems in LATAM key markets.
  • Understanding of regulatory agency requirements or policies that govern market approval, and the impact on reimbursement decisions.
  • Working knowledge of health economic modeling, epi models, scientific writing.
  • Ability to lead and work effectively in matrix organizations.
