Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel, is a 76-story hotel located near the Masjid Al Haram and the Holy Ka'aba. As a Director of Sales and Revenue Growth, you will lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and target-based performance, as well as relevant degree in sales, business development or other relevant field from an academic institution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing the group team through leadership and coaching selling techniques
- Directing and managing the forecasting process to ensure accurate and timely information
- Preparing company contracts for hotels in accordance with current business conditions
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the development of company sales and marketing initiatives, organizing comprehensive information about hotel products and services, and delivering this information through relevant sales resources and channels.
