Job Summary:

The Enterprise Corporate Sales Account Executive will lead a large volume of smaller size opportunities within Enterprise clients. This role suits those looking to take their enterprise sales skills to the next level, with a sales model that fosters collaboration and supports success.

About the Role

This role involves selling Salesforce solutions into ECS accounts within major accounts/customers or vertical markets, exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets, and growing existing accounts. Key responsibilities include pipeline development through cold calling, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge/intelligence, engaging with prospect organizations to position Salesforce solutions, and handling end-to-end sales processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. To exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions into ECS accounts within a subset of major accounts/customers or vertical markets.
  2. Handle the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while growing existing accounts.
  3. Territory/Vertical identification and research, to formalize a go-to-market strategy and create qualified target accounts.
  4. Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
  5. Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s).
  6. Engage with prospect organizations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling, case definition, return on investment analysis, references, and analyst data.
  7. Handle the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.
  8. Generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to increase overall revenue generation.
  9. Daily update of the Salesforce system with accurate customer and pipeline data.
  10. Accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.
  11. Lead different organization-required activities and be aware of huge internal processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Extensive experience of selling enterprise software solutions gained within a major software vendor.
  2. Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.
  3. Proven track record of sales overachievement.
  4. Proficiency in the English language.
  5. CRM application sales or vertical industry sector experience would be viewed favorably.
  6. Be resilient, flexible, motivated, energetic, and positive.

Benefits:

Salesforce offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
