About the role:
The Enterprise Growth Strategist is a field-based professional responsible for driving client retention and growth through strategic partnerships and service delivery. Located in São Paulo, candidates must reside within the territory to effectively execute this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing enterprise-wide strategies to maximize value delivered by Gartner's products and services
- Maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives to identify business needs and opportunities
- Executing sales methodology with mastery and consistency
- Managing forecast accuracy and maintaining competitive knowledge
Requirements for success include:
- 7-10 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in high technology environments, with evidence of prior success
- Strong intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
- Proven experience building excellent client relationships at C-level within large enterprise organizations
- Advanced proficiency in English
Gartner offers a hybrid work environment with flexibility and support for career growth and development. Estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $180,000, based on location and performance.
