About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to drive financial impact and build capabilities in our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) transformation journey. As the Chief Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive growth strategies and programs to achieve business objectives.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of industry expertise, combining technical knowledge with strong leadership and communication skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Leveraging data and analytics to inform business decisions and optimize performance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and implement solutions
  • Motivating and engaging teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Over 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
What We Offer

TLC Worldwide offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
