In this role as Account Manager in our São Paulo office, you will be responsible for driving enterprise sales growth by developing and executing strategic plans to meet customer needs. With a strong background in complex sales and solutions, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives and tailor our offerings to meet their specific requirements.

With 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, you will have a proven track record of success in negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with high-profile clients. Your expertise in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, will also be an asset in managing client relationships and analyzing sales performance. Additionally, your excellent communication and influencing skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results-driven initiatives.

This is a hybrid role that requires three days of office presence per week in our Faria Lima office, with the remaining days working remotely. We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales
  • Proven track record of success in negotiating contracts and pricing agreements
  • Expertise in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced English language skills
